| Περιγραφή: | Развитие таможенной службы России - сложный процесс, во многом зависящий от формирования адаптивной организационной структуры управления. Создание такой структуры обусловливает эффективность достижения стратегических целей, определенных до 2030 года и реализацию целевых программ, в которых задействована Федеральная таможенная служба. Использование преимуществ адаптивных организационных структур позволит обеспечить прямую взаимосвязь между функциональными и линейными подразделениями на любом уровне для решения актуальных и быстро меняющихся задач, которые на данном этапе развития Федеральной таможенной службы вызывают трудности реализации. The development of the Russian Customs Service is a complex process, largely dependent on the formation of an adaptive organizational management structure. The creation of such a structure makes it effective to achieve the strategic goals set until 2030 and the iplementation of targeted programs in which the Federal Customs Service is involved. Taking advantage of adaptive organizational structures will ensure a direct relationship between functional and linear units at any level to address the current and rapidly changing challenges that are causing implementation difficulties at this stage of the Federal Customs Service's development. |
