| Description: | The head of a territorial body, through the performance of managerial labor functions due to service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, is a key figure, a higher official who organizes not only official activities, but also conducting classes on professional service and physical training. The activities of the internal affairs bodies include a set of official and professional tasks in the direction of applied law enforcement work, personal development of the requirements of legal, physical, combat and other service training that are mandatory for every employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Russia. The main purpose of our article is to consider those areas of activity of the head of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the organization of classes in professional service and physical training, which have a direct applied nature and have not only organizational and managerial characteristics, but also a methodological, scientific and theoretical basis. Руководитель территориального органа посредством выполнения трудовых функций управленческого характера, обусловленных службой в МВД России, является ключевой фигурой, вышестоящим должностным лицом, которое организует не только служебную деятельность, но и проведение занятий по профессиональной служебной и физической подготовке. Деятельность органов внутренних дел включает в себя комплекс служебно-профессиональных задач по направленности прикладной правоохранительной работы, по личным освоениям обязательных для каждого сотрудника МВД в России требований правовой, физической, боевой и другой служебной подготовки. Основной целью нашей статьи выступает рассмотрение тех направлений деятельности начальника территориального органа МВД России по организации занятий по профессиональной служебной и физической подготовке, которые имеют непосредственный прикладной характер и имеют не только организационно-управленческие характеристики, но и методическую, научно-теоретическую основу. |
