Description: Construction companies operate in a competitive and constantly changing economic environment. In 2023-2024, there was a change in the key rate and conditions and programs of mortgage lending to the population, which have an impact on the purchase of housing construction projects. In such conditions, it is important for companies operating in the field of housing construction to assess their financial condition and the likelihood of bankruptcy. Assessing the probability and forecasting bankruptcy is a complex and multifaceted process in times of turbulence, which has been of interest to scientists and practitioners for more than a decade. This article evaluates the probability of bankruptcy of construction companies using Russian and foreign models. This analysis indicates the need for companies to assess the likelihood of bankruptcy in order to assess the risk and timely take measures to prevent it. At the same time, it is worth noting the need to conduct an assessment, for greater accuracy, using several models and comprehensively approach the analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise.
Строительные компании работают в условиях конкуренции и постоянно изменяющейся экономической ситуации. В 2023-2024 годах происходило изменение ключевой ставки и условий и программ ипотечного кредитование населения, оказывающие влияние на покупку объектов жилищного строительства. Важное значение в таких условиях для компаний, работающих в сфере жилищного строительства, приобретает оценка финансового состояния и вероятности банкротства. Оценки вероятности и прогнозировании банкротства сложный и многогранный процесс во времена турбулентности, вызывающий интерес ученых и практиков уже не одно десятилетие. В данной статье проведена оценки вероятности банкротства строительных компаний с использований российских и зарубежных моделей. Данный анализ свидетельствует о необходимости проведения компаниями оценки вероятности банкротства, с целью оценки риска и своевременности принятия мер по его предотвращению. В тоже время стоит отметить необходимость проведения оценки, для большей точности, при помощи нескольких моделей и комплексно подходить к анализу финансового состояния предприятия.
