Данная статья описывает основные проблемы цифровизации при реализации инвестиционно - строительных проектов. Актуальность решения данных проблем является итогом не только высокого спроса на программные продукты российского производства в последнее время, но и активной трансформацией национальной экономики. Цифровая трансформация должна осуществятся комплексно, затрагивая все этапы жизненного цикла ИСП. Больший эффект будет раскрыт не только при внедрении в строительство научно обоснованных критериев эффективности цифрового взаимодействия участников ИСП, но и при активном участии крупных участников рынка недвижимости и их взаимодействии между собой, обмену опытом в вопросе цифровизации строительной отрасли. This article describes the main problems of digitalization in the implementation of investment and construction projects. The urgency of solving these problems is the result not only of the high demand for Russian-made software products in recent years, but also of the active transformation of the national economy. Digital transformation should be carried out comprehensively, affecting all stages of the life cycle of the ISP. A greater effect will be revealed not only by introducing scientifically based criteria for the effectiveness of digital interaction of ISP participants into construction, but also with the active participation of major real estate market participants and their interaction with each other, exchange of experience in the issue of digitalization of the construction industry. |
