Внедрение процессов экологизации является важнейшим критерием современного устойчивого развития общества. В статье рассмотрены варианты внедрения процессов, направленных на снижение негативных проявлений от строительного производства и эксплуатации зданий, для возможности повышения качественного функционирования объектов недвижимости и увеличения комфортности, посредствам снижения вредных воздействий на здоровье потребителей. The introduction of greening processes is the most important criterion for the modern sustainable development of society. The article discusses the options for implementing processes aimed at reducing the negative effects of construction production and the operation of buildings, in order to improve the quality of the functioning of real estate and increase comfort, by reducing the harmful effects on the health of consumers. |
