Актуальность исследуемой проблемы обусловлена тем, что родительская общественность постепенно становится одной из «осей» образовательного процесса, от активности которой зависит будущее всей отрасли. Цель исследования заключается в изучении мнения родителей о разных аспектах функционирования дошкольного образования. Методы исследования: исследование основывается на материалах пилотного социологического опроса родителей дошкольников г. Вологды. Результаты исследования: в статье проанализированы оценки родительской общественностью таких сторон дошкольного образования как: доступность, качество, государственно-общественное управление и финансовые затраты. Практическая значимость: приведены авторские рассуждения по поводу возможностей вовлечения родительской общественности в развитие сети дошкольных организаций. Предложена методика проведения мониторинга удовлетворенности населения услугами детских садов в целях совершенствования управления системой общего образования The relevance of the research issues is caused by the fact that parents' associations is gradually becoming one of the “axes” of the educational process the activity of which define the future of the sphere as a whole. The objective of the article is to examine the parents’ opinion on different aspects of functioning of the preschool education. The research based on the materials of the pilot sociological survey of preschoolers’ parents in Vologda. The results of the study consist in examining the estimates of parents' associations such parties of preschool education as: accessibility, quality, public administration and financial implications. The practical significance: the authors present the discussion on the possibilities of involvement of the parents' associations in the development of the preschool organizations’ network. The study's methodology has been proposed in order to improve the management of the general education system |
