| Περιγραφή: | The article reviews features of functioning of the Republic of Tuva state languages in the modern linguistic landscape of the city of Kyzyl. The asymmetric representation of the state languages of the Republic of Tuva in Kyzyl’s linguistic landscape is due to federal language legislation, and regional regulation which requires the use of the Tuvan language only in its official part. In the context of technological development, the inclusion of virtual space into the field of linguistic landscape research seems to be inevitable. Thus, the study examines the virtual linguistic landscape on a par with its physical manifestation. The paper identifies trends in increasing the share of the Tuvan component, both in the official and unofficial public space, including the real and virtual linguistic landscape of the city of Kyzyl. The relevance of the development of the modern bilingual language landscape of the republic is reflected in the Strategy of state support for the development of the Tuvan language in the Republic of Tuva in the period from 2024 to 2033. В статье рассматриваются особенности софункционирования двух государственных языков Республики Тыва в современном языковом ландшафте города Кызыла. Асимметричный характер представленности государственных языков Республики Тыва обусловлен федеральным языковым законодательством и ограничением региональной регламентации использования тувинского языка только в официальной части языкового ландшафта. С развитием технологий видится неизбежным включение виртуального пространства в область исследований языкового ландшафта. В работе выявлены тенденции увеличения доли тувинского компонента как в официальном, так и в неофициальном публичном пространстве, включая реальный и виртуальный языковые ландшафты города Кызыла. Актуализация перспектив развития современного билингвального языкового ландшафта республики представлена в Стратегии государственной поддержки развития тувинского языка в Республике Тыва в период с 2024 по 2033 гг. |
