Περιγραφή: Статья посвящена исследованию категории «проектно-ориентированное предприятие» и его трансформации в категорию «проектно-ориентированное предприятие 4.0» в условиях Industry 4.0. Определены главные особенности функционирования проектно-ориентированных предприятий и влияние на них Industry 4.0. Одним из главных признаков проектно-ориентированного предприятия является использование знаний как источника конкурентных преимуществ. Подходы к сущности проектно-ориентированного предприятия претерпели значительные изменения с появлением концепции Industry 4.0. Установлено, что проектно-ориентированное предприятие 4.0 - это предприятие, которое, кроме своей операционной деятельности, активно занимается проектной деятельностью, которое проходит различные стадии трансформации в проектно-ориентированное, его организационная структура имеет элементы матричной и одним из главных признаков является система управления знаниями, которая включает технологические и социальные аспекты, целью которой является формирование «искусственного» интеллектуального капитала как источника конкурентных преимуществ. The article is devoted to the study of the category "project-oriented enterprise" and its transformation into the category of "project-oriented enterprise 4.0" in the context of Industry 4.0. The main features of the functioning of project-oriented enterprises and the influence of Industry 4.0 on them are determined. One of the main features of a project-oriented enterprise is the use of knowledge as a source of competitive advantage. Approaches to the essence of the project-oriented enterprise have undergone significant changes with the advent of the concept of Industry 4.0. It has been established that a project-oriented enterprise 4.0 is an enterprise that, in addition to its operational activities, is actively engaged in project activities, which goes through various stages of transformation into a project-oriented one, its organizational structure has matrix elements and one of the main features is a knowledge management system. which includes technological and social aspects, the purpose of which is the formation of "artificial" intellectual capital as a source of competitive advantages.
