В статье дается оценка научно-технологического потенциала Владимирской области. Анализируются основные показатели инновационного развития региона - социальноэкономические условия инновационной деятельности, уровень научно-технического потенциала, активность инновационной деятельности, качество инновационной политики Владимирской области. Делается вывод о том, что снижение рейтинговых позиций региона обусловлено отсутствием на территории области масштабных инвестиционных проектов в последние годы. The article assesses the scientific and technological potential of the Vladimir region. The main indicators of innovative development of the region are analyzed - socio-economic conditions of innovative activity, the level of scientific and technical potential, the activity of innovative activity, and the quality of innovation policy. It is concluded that the decrease in the rating position of the region is due to the lack of large-scale investment projects in the region. |
