В статье рассмотрены системные политические и экономические действия руководства государства для обеспечения исполнения «формулы сингапурского успеха»; указаны основные каналы сотрудничества РФ и Сингапура; приведены некоторые аспекты истории создания крупнейшего промышленного комплекса по переработке нефти, производству нефтепродуктов и химических товаров в Юго-Восточной Азии, представлены вопросы импорта, экспорта, перевалки и переработки сырой нефти, производства и сбыта нефтепродуктов, а также их транспортировки и хранения; приведены показатели динамики годовых объемов экспорта и импорта данной товарной группы. The article examines the systemic political and economic actions of the state leadership to ensure the fulfillment of the "Singapore success formula"; the main channels of cooperation between the Russian Federation and Singapore are indicated; some aspects of the history of the creation of the largest industrial complex for oil refining, production of petroleum products and chemical products in Southeast Asia are presented, issues of import, export, transshipment and processing of crude oil are presented oil, production and sale of petroleum products, as well as their transportation and storage; the indicators of the dynamics of annual export and import volumes of this commodity group are given. |
