| Description: | The language situation in its current state is a product of development and growth over a long period of time. As a result of the natural course of events, as well as under the influence of the conscious efforts of the ruling forces, the language situation acquires certain functional features. The article analyzes problems of the interrelationship between the language situation and language policy in a multinational state. Using the example of an analysis of this relationship in different countries of the world, mainly in multi-ethnic countries, the author comes to the conclusion that the one-component model of language policy does not correspond to the state of language situations in a number of countries. The article seeks a rational solution to the language problems of a multinational state. The author emphasizes that when solving the language problem in a multinational state, there is a need to find a civilized, conflict-free solution. Currently, Russia is conducting a military operation designated to unite the divided Russian people, some of which are located in compact ethnic communities of Ukraine. It can be assumed that if this operation is successfully completed, the language issue of the Russian-speaking communities of Ukraine will be resolved. Языковая ситуация в современном состоянии – результат ее развития на протяжении долгого временного периода. В результате естественного течения событий, а также под воздействием сознательных усилий правящих сил языковая ситуация приобретает определенные функциональные особенности. В статье анализируются проблемы соотношения языковой ситуации и языковой политики в многонациональном государстве. На примере анализа этого соотношения в разных странах мира, преимущественно в полиэтничных странах, автор приходит к выводу о несоответствии однокомпонентной модели языковой политики состоянию языковых ситуаций в ряде стран. В статье ведется поиск рационального решения языковых проблем многонационального государства. Автором подчеркивается, что при решении языкового вопроса в многонациональном государстве возникает потребность в поиске цивилизованного, бесконфликтного решения. В настоящее время Россией проводится военная операция, призванная объединить разделенный русский народ, часть которого находится в компактных этнических общностях Украины. Можно предположить, что при успешном окончании этой операции будет решен языковой вопрос русскоязычных общностей Украины. |
