Методы исследования: исторический метод познания и сравнительный анализ продвижения в выбранные страны. The purpose and objectives of the article: to determine the main directions for the development of the idea of e-government and to conduct a comparative analysis of the experience of the Russian Federation,Estonia and Bulgaria. The object of research is the process of implementing the concept of e-government. The subject of the study is the development of the idea of e-government and a comparative analysis of the experienceof the Russian Federation, Estonia and Bulgaria. Research methods: the historical method of knowledge and a comparative analysis of progress in selected countries. |
