Развитие второго жилища соотнесено с основными философскими законами и категориями. Указана взаимосвязь между развитием второго жилища и качественнымиизменениями в формировании градостроительных систем: трансформации систем расселения, развитие транспортной инфраструктуры, переформатирование системыобщественного обслуживания, смена приоритетов среди компонентов рекреационных систем, уменьшение компактности планировочных структур городов, снижение степениреализуемости градостроительной документации. Обоснованы преимущества проживания в загородном односемейном доме сравнительно с квартирой в городе в XXI веке. Development of a second dwelling associated with the main philosophical laws and categories. Indicates the relationship between the development of a second dwelling and qualitative changes in the formation of urban systems: transformations of settlement systems, the development of transport infrastructure, reforms of public service, a change of priorities among the components of the recreational system, reducing the compactness of the planning structures of the cities, reducing the degree of feasibility planning documentation. The benefits of living in a suburban single-family house compared with an apartment in the city in the twenty-first century are justified. |
