Проанализированы связанные с этим проблемы рецензирования и публикации научных статей, которые иллюстрируются на конкретных примерах. Рассмотрены предложения по исправлению создавшейся ситуации с рецензированием научных статей. The paper considers the trends in the growth of publication activity in the world, as well as in Russia, and analyzes the related problems of reviewing and publishing scientific articles, which are illustrated by specific examples. The proposals for correcting the current situation with the review of scientific articles are considered. |
