Περιγραφή: The article is devoted to a relatively new and little-studied phenomenon of modern Russia – volunteer activity and motivation for it. A brief history of the interaction of the ERC «Botanical Garden» of SSU, a natural monument of regional importance, with various volunteer organizations is given. The importance of multimotivism of participation in volunteer activities is emphasized, where external factors are complemented by internal ones, and idealistic motives are closely intertwined with pragmatic ones. The work of volunteers is gradually becoming an integral part of the life of the Botanical Garden, contributes to the dissemination of information about protected areas among the cities, increases the interest of citizens in the work of protected areas, expands environmental knowledge and significantly helps in maintaining collections, expositions and territory.
Статья посвящена относительно новому и малоизученному явлению современной России – волонтерской деятельности и мотивации к ней. Приводится краткая история взаимодействия УНЦ «Ботанический сад» СГУ, памятника природы регионального значения, с различными волонтерскими организациями. Подчеркивается важность мультимотивности участия в волонтерской деятельности, где внешние факторы дополняются внутренними, а идеалистические мотивы тесно переплетаются с прагматическими. Работа волонтеров постепенно становится неотъемлемой частью жизни Ботанического сада, способствует распространению информации об ООПТ среди горожан, увеличению заинтересованности граждан к работе ООПТ, расширению экологического познания и существенно помогает в поддержании коллекций, экспозиций и территории.
