| Description: | The relevance of the article is due to a problem of adaptability of the system of secondary vocational education in the context of “constant modernization” of sociocultural reality. The article describes the technology of integrating formal and non-formal education in the professional training of college students, which makes it possible to prepare a student for a horizontal model of continuous education. The purpose of the study is to develop and test technology in vocational training in the college. The objectives of the study are a theoretical description of the stages of technology and a generalization of the results of approbation. The author’s technology has been developed on the basis of an architectural approach in education, which allows, based on the contexts of professional training (diagnostic stage), to build the appropriate interaction of learning subjects (diagnostic stage and implementation stage) and, on the basis of this, create content (implementation and attestation stage). The proposed technology is useful for practicing college teachers in the framework of the implementation of disciplines and work programs of education. Актуальность статьи обусловлена проблемой адаптивности системы среднего профессионального образования в условиях «постоянной модернизации» социокультурной действительности. В статье описывается технология интеграции формального и неформального образования в профессиональной подготовке студентов колледжей, позволяющая готовить студента к горизонтальной модели непрерывного образования. Цель исследования заключается в разработке и апробации технологии в профессиональной подготовке в колледже. Задачами исследования являются теоретическое описание этапов технологии и обобщение результатов апробации. Авторская технология разработана на основе архитектурного подхода в образовании, что позволяет, опираясь на контексты профессиональной подготовки (диагностический этап), выстраивать соответствующее взаимодействие субъектов обучения (диагностический этап и этап реализации) и на основе этого создавать содержание (этап реализации и аттестационный). Предложенная технология полезна практикующим педагогам колледжей в рамках реализации дисциплин и рабочих программ воспитания. |
