Περιγραφή: В последние пять лет темпы роста внедрения инновационных технологий в Российской Федерации остались практически на том же уровне. Другими словами, ускорение темпов роста внедрения инновационных технологий в разные сферы промышленности происходит очень медленно. В работе были проанализированы различные статистические источники: как региональные, так и федеральные, и был сделан вывод, что на сегодняшний день производимые мероприятия по внедрению инновационных технологий существенно отличаются от запланированной инновационной политики. Однако инновационное развитие может являться очень сильным рычагом для экономического роста целых государств за счет большого сосредоточения социальных и экономических ресурсов. Ключевые слова: глобализация, инфраструктурные отрасли экономики, инновации, международные рейтинги, научно-техническое развитие, государственное управление, модернизация национальной экономики. In the past five years, the growth rate of innovative technologies in the Russian Federation has remained almost at the same level. In other words, the acceleration of the growth rate of the introduction of innovative technologies in different spheres of industry is very slow. Various statistical sources were analyzed in the work: both regional and federal, and it was concluded that today the measures taken to introduce innovative technologies are significantly different from the planned innovation policy. However, innovative development can be a very strong lever for the economic growth of entire states due to a large concentration of social and economic resources.
