Частный инвестор (домохозяйство) на финансовом рынке является наиболее уязвимым участником, что связано во многом с недостаточным уровнем финансовой грамотности и незнанием своих прав и законов, регулирующих отношения между участниками финансового рынка. Политика государства, направленная на повышение уровня финансовой грамотности, защиту прав потребителей на финансовом рынке в лице частных инвесторов несомненно приносит положительные результаты, но требуется дальнейшая работа в этом направлении, так как финансовые потери частных инвесторов остаются значительными, а количество жалоб, поступающих в ЦБ РФ от частных инвесторов, возрастает. В данной статье автор рассматривает одну из причин потери средств частными инвесторами — конфликт интересов между инвестором и финансовыми организациями. Для решения конфликта интересов предложен комплексный подход на трех уровнях: мегарегулятора Центрального Банка РФ, финансовых организаций и частного инвестора. A private investor (household) in the financial market is the most vulnerable participant, which is largely due to the insufficient level of financial literacy and ignorance of their rights and laws governing relations between financial market participants. The state policy aimed at increasing the level of financial literacy, protecting the rights of consumers in the financial market represented by private investors undoubtedly brings positive results, but further work is required in this direction, since the financial losses of private investors remain significant, and the number of complaints received by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from private investors is increasing.In this article, the author considers one of the reasons for the loss of funds by private investors - a conflict of interest between the investor and financial institutions. To resolve the conflict of interest, an integrated approach is proposed at three levels: the mega-regulator of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, financial organizations and a private investor. |
