| Description: | Развитие технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) и их применение в психологической практике имеют важное значение и могут внести существенные изменения в современную психологию. В настоящее время активно разрабатываются новые методы использования искусственного интеллекта в сфере нормализации психического здоровья. В статье рассматриваются разработки в области технологий искусственного интеллекта и их применения в когнитивной, клинической и организационной психологии. Обсуждаются вопросы, связанные с использованием искусственного интеллекта в контексте потенциальных рисков их внедрения в повседневную и клиническую практику. На сегодняшний день проведено значительное количество исследований по использованию роботизированного искусственного интеллекта в психиатрии, психологии и психотерапии. При этом существует потребность в качественном анализе проведенных исследований, включая системную оценку пользы и потенциального вреда применения новых технологий. Преимущества применения искусственного интеллекта очевидны в сфере обслуживания социально незащищенных групп населения, а также в целях улучшения предоставляемых услуг в области нормализации психического здоровья граждан. Однако существует риск возникновения психологической зависимости при длительном использовании специализированных приложений. Кроме того, для эффективного внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в практическую психологию необходим системный анализ этических и социальных последствий применения ИИ для своевременного выявления возможных проблем. The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their application in psychological practice are important, they can make significant changes in modern psychology. Currently, new methods of using artificial intelligence in the field of mental health normalization are being actively developed. This article examines the existing developments in the field of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in cognitive, clinical and organizational psychology. The issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in the context of the potential risks of their introduction into everyday and clinical practice are discussed. At present, a significant amount of research on the use of robotic artificial intelligence in psychiatry, psychology and psychotherapy has been conducted. At the same time, there is a need for a qualitative analysis of the conducted research, including a systematic assessment of the benefits and potential harm of the use of new technologies. The advantages of using artificial intelligence are obvious in the field of servicing socially vulnerable groups of the population, as well as in order to improve the services provided in the field of normalization of citizens mental health. However, there is a risk of psychological dependence with prolonged use of specialized applications. In addition, for the effective introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into practical psychology, a systematic analysis of the ethical and social consequences of the use of AI is necessary to identify possible problems in a timely manner. |
