Ключевой целью социально-психологической помощи и поддержки безработных на региональном рынке труда выступает формирование доверительной коммуникации с безработными для того, чтобы подкорректировать психологическое состояние, а также предоставить рабочие места в организациях региона. В процессе исследования были использованы методы сравнения, статистического анализа, экономико-математические методы обработки информации, которые позволили оценить уровень оказания социально-психологической помощи и поддержки безработного населения в регионе. The key goal of socio-psychological assistance and support for the unemployed in the regionallabor market is the formation of confidential communication with the unemployed in order to correct the psychological state, as well as provide jobs in the organizations of the region. In the course of the study, methods ofcomparison, statistical analysis, economic and mathematical methods of information processing were used, which made it possible to assess the level of provision of socio-psychological assistance and support for the unemployed population in the region. |
