Description: Проблемы системности изменений, вносимых в процедурные правила, являются актуальными, поскольку напрямую связаны с развитием правовой системы в целом и регулятивными способностями нововведений. Цель исследования состоит в выработке новых подходов к вопросам процедурных правил, являющихся гарантией защиты нарушенных прав и законных интересов, а также в рассмотрении тенденции к разрастанию процессуальных регламентов. В процессе исследования использованы формально-юридический метод, системно-структурный, герменевтический, синтеза, метод обобщения и сравнения. Авторы приходят к выводу, что ориентированность на создание процессуальных регламентов к каждой правовой ситуации приведет к перегруженности правового материала, его разрастанию и увеличению конструкций, похожих до степени смешения. The problems of consistency of changes introduced to procedural rules are relevant, since they are directly related to the development of the legal system as a whole and the regulatory capacity of innovations. The purpose of the study is to develop new approaches to the issues of procedural rules, which are a guarantee of the protection of violated rights and legitimate interests, as well as to examine the trend towards the growth of procedural regulations. In the course of the research, we used the formal legal method, the systemic and structural, hermeneutic, synthesis, the method of generalization and comparison. The authors come to the conclusion that the focus on the creation of procedural regulations for each legal situation will lead to an overload of legal material, its proliferation and an increase in structures that are similar to the point of confusion.
