В статье представлены подходы к определению уровня и качества жизни населения в мире. Изучены отличительные особенности понятий: «уровень жизни» и «качество жизни». Рассмотрены показатели, которые могут быть использованы при объективной оценке индекса человеческого развития (ИЧР). Представлена динамика индекса человеческого развития в мире и динами продолжительности жизни при рождении, как показателя, влияющего на значение ИЧР. Сделана выборка стран на предмет изучения уровня и качества жизни в них. Приведены направления по увеличению ИЧР в промышленных странах, занимающих лидирующие позиции на международной арене. The article presents approaches to determining the level and quality of life of the population in the world. The distinctive features of the concepts "standard of living" and "quality of life" are studied. The indicators that can be used for an objective assessment of the human development index (HDI) are considered. The dynamics of the human development index in the world and the dynamics of life expectancy at birth, as an indicator affecting the value of HDI, are presented. A sample of countries was made to study the level and quality of life in them. The directions for increasing HDI in industrial countries that occupy leading positions in the international arena are given. |
