| Περιγραφή: | the relevance of the article is due to the presence of legal problems in the field of protecting the rights and interests of fathers. The purpose of the article is to identify and explore the problems associated with the self-defense of paternal rights. Based on the analysis of law enforcement practice, a conclusion is made about the emerging trends in the field of reforming the current legislation. The author used general scientific (dialectical, methods of analysis, synthesis) and private scientific methods (formal legal). It is concluded that certain provisions of domestic legislation in the field of protecting the rights and interests of fathers need to be improved. The author suggests his own ways of improving the current legislation in the area under consideration актуальность статьи обусловлена наличием правовых проблем в сфере защиты прав и интересов отцов. Цель статьи – выявить и исследовать проблемы, связанные с самозащитой отцовских прав. На основе анализа правоприменительной практики делается вывод о наметившихся тенденциях в области реформирования действующего законодательства. Автором были использованы общенаучные (диалектический, методы анализа, синтеза) и частно-научный (формально-юридический) методы. Делается вывод, что отдельные положения отечественного законодательства в области защиты прав и интересов отцов нуждаются в доработке. Автор предлагает свои пути совершенствования действующего законодательства в рассматриваемой области |
