| Description: | В данной работе рассматривается клиническое значение спонтанной пролиферативной активности В-лимфоцитов (СПАВЛ) при системной красной волчанке (СКВ). Установлено, что повышенный уровень СПАВЛ обнаружен у 100% больных СКВ, у 23,9% больных остеоартрозом, у 42,4 больных реактивным артритом, у 69,4 больных анкилозирующим спондилитом и у 84,1% больных ревматоидным артритом. Показано, что у больных СКВ с высокой степенью активности и острым течением болезни показатель СПАВЛ был гораздо выше, чем с минимальной степенью активности и хроническим течением заболевания. In the given work value spontaneous proliferative activation in B-lymphocytes (SPABL) in considered at various clinical variants of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It is established, that increased level SPABL it revealed at 100% of patients SLE, at 23,9% of osteoarthritis, at 42,4% of reactive arthritis, at 69,4% ankylosing spondylitis and at 84,1% of rheumatoid arthritis. It is shown that at SLE with a high degree of activity and acute course of disease of value SPABL was higher, that in minimal degree of activity and chronic course of disease. |
