Περιγραφή:	Исследования воздействия на уровень и соотношение параметров иммунного статуса противоопухолевого препарата К-26-в были проведены в продуктивную фазу иммунного ответа после 8-кратного введения К-26-в животным с опухолью. Показано, что К-26-в вызывает стимуляцию рецепторов СD16 (естественные киллерные клетки) и СD3-лимфоцитов, кото-рые были несколько повышены относительно контроля, незначительную стимуляцию СD95 (рецепторы апоптоза). Не отмечено достоверных различий в экспрессии рецепторов СD19 (В-лимфоциты). Однако препарат К-26-в вызывает ингибицию рецепторов СD4 (хелперы) (рResearches of the influence of antineoplastic preparation К-26-v on the level and ratio of the parameters of the immune status were conducted in the productive phase of the immune response after 8-fold introduction of К-26-v to animals with tumor.
