Статья посвящена стоимостной модели управления в современных реалиях. Важной проблемой реализации VBM-концепции является выработка инструментов, обеспечивающих гармонизацию взаимодействия собственников компании с остальными стейкхолдерами. На основе выделения ключевых стейкхолдеров торговой компании предложен механизм, обеспечивающий ориентацию деятельности данной группы лиц на конечный результат деятельности компании, выражающийся в показателях стоимостно-ориентированного подхода (VBM-подхода). The article is devoted to the cost model of management in modern realities. An important problem in the implementation of the VBM concept is the development of tools that ensure the harmonization of the interaction of the company's owners with other stakeholders. Based on the identification of key stakeholders of a trading company, a mechanism is proposed that ensures the orientation of the activities of this group of persons to the final result of the company, expressed in indicators of the value-oriented approach (VBM approach). |
