В статье на основе результатов анализа экономических преступлений, связанных с финансово-кредитной системой, обоснована необходимость совершенствования методики судебной финансово-кредитной экспертизы. Рассмотрены возможности и особенности методики судебной финансово-кредитной экспертизы незаконного получения кредита и операций по учету расчетов по кредитам и займам. Based on the results of the analysis of economic crimes related to the financial and credit system, the article substantiates the need to improve the methodology of forensic financial and credit and credit examination. The possibilities and features of the methodology of judicial financial and credit examination of the illegal obtaining of a loan and operations on accounting for settlements on loans and borrowings are considered. |
