Авторы статьи анализируют причины слабого прогресса инноваций в пищевой промышленности России. Системно-структурный подход и статистический анализ соответствующих показателей позволил выявить ряд принципиальных недостатков как с точки зрения организационного аспекта производства продуктов питания, так и в плане институциональных особенностей устройства российского общества. Возможный способ разрешения этих проблем предполагает использование фрактальной модели управления при условии создания социально-политических и образовательных условий, благоприятствующих инновационному климату. The authors of the article analyze the reasons for the poor progress of innovations in the Russian food industry. The system-structural approach and statistical analysis of the relevant indicators made it possible to identify a number of fundamental shortcomings both in terms of the organizational aspect of food production and in terms of the institutional features of the structure of Russian society. A possible way to resolve these problems involves the use of a fractal management model, provided that socio-political and educational conditions are created that are conducive to an innovative climate. |
