| Description: | The article considers the constructive structure and engineering equipment of the complex of buildings of the constructivist period in Yekaterinburg "Chekist Town" on the basis of field studies. A detailed description of the building structures of buildings and engineering systems implemented in the complex is given. Due to the shortage of structural and finishing materials, the complex of buildings was built using advanced technical solutions at that time. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that the "Chekist Town" had a comfortable living environment for that time, which was an innovation for the Ural region. В статье на основе натурных исследований рассмотрено конструктивное устройство и инженерное оборудование комплекса зданий периода конструктивизма в Екатеринбурге – «Городка чекистов». Приведено подробное описание строительных конструкций зданий и инженерных систем, внедренных в комплекс. Ввиду дефицита конструкционных и отделочных материалов комплекс зданий был построен с использованием передовых на тот момент времени технических решений. На основе проведенных изысканий сделан вывод о том, что в «Городке чекистов» была комфортная для того времени жилая среда, являвшаяся новшеством для Уральского региона. |
