В статье приводятся результаты анализа образовательной и исследовательской деятельности в секторе высшего образования. На основе данных результатов сделан вывод о необходимости реформирования сектора. Анализируются и сопоставляются различные альтернативы по организации научно-исследовательской, образовательной и инновационной деятельности в секторе. The article presents the results of the analysis of educational and research activities in the higher education sector. Based on the results the conclusion is made about the need to reform the sector. Alternatives for the organization of research, education and innovation activities in the sector are analyzed and compared. |
