Περιγραφή: Анализируется опыт правового регулирования дисциплинарной ответственности в зарубежных странах. В результате сравнительного исследования условий эффективности организационно-правовых и процессуальных аспектов привлечения к дисциплинарной ответственности государственных служащих зарубежных стран с российским законодательством делается вывод, что внедрение некоторых правовых механизмов, используемых в других странах, способствовало бы повышению эффективности института дисциплинарной ответственности государственных служащих в Российской Федерации. The author analyzes the foreign experience of legal regulation of disciplinary responsibility in foreign countries. As a result of a comparative study of the conditions for the effectiveness of the organizational, legal and procedural aspects of bringing civil servants of foreign countries with Russian legislation to disciplinary responsibility, it is concluded that the introduction of some legal mechanisms used in other countries would contribute to an increase in the effectiveness institute of disciplinary responsibility of civil servants in the Russian Federation.
