Выбрана тема нехватки инженерных кадров на современном рынке труда РФ. Выдвинуто предположение, что уже на этапе обучения в вузе можно выявить отсутствие профессиональной мотивации, и, как следствие уход молодых людей из профессии. Представлены результаты исследования отношения к выбранной профессии у студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки «Жилищное хозяйство и коммунальная инфраструктура»; рабочая гипотеза не подтвердилась: студенты хотят и планируют работать по специальности. Есть основания предполагать, что причины нехватки высококвалифицированных инженерных кадров находятся на послевузовских этапах карьерного маршрута. The theme of engineering staff shortage on the modern RF labour market has been chosen. The assumption that the lack of professional motivation and, as a consequence, the departure of young people from the profession can be detected already at the stage of higher education. The article presents the results of the research on the attitude towards the chosen profession among the students studying in the field of "Housing and Communal Infrastructure" training; the working hypothesis is not confirmed: students want and plan to work in their specialty. There are reasons to assume that the reasons for the shortage of highly qualified engineering staff are at the postgraduate stages of the career path. |
