This work is devoted to the analysis of the legal and institutional framework of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the CIS countries, the study of its current state, the identification of key problems and prospects for further development. The following tasks were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of the activities and mechanisms of regulation of cultural and humanitarian cooperation in the CIS countries. 2. Study of the regulatory framework and basic principles of interstate cooperation in this area. 3. Assessment of the current state of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, identification of its achievements and shortcomings. 4. Consideration of problematic aspects of cooperation between the CIS countries in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. 5. Identification of promising areas for the development of cooperation, considering modern challenges. As a result of the research, key problems hindering the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation in the CIS were identified, and promising ways of further deepening it were proposed, including expanding educational exchange programs, developing joint scientific and cultural projects, improving the legal framework and increasing the effectiveness of cooperation institutions.
Данная работа посвящена анализу правовой и институциональной основы культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества государств СНГ, исследованию его текущего состояния, выявлению ключевых проблем и перспектив дальнейшего развития. В ходе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Анализ деятельности и механизмов регулирования культурно- гуманитарного сотрудничества стран СНГ. 2. Изучение нормативно-правовой базы и основных принципов межгосударственного взаимодействия в данной сфере. 3. Оценка текущего состояния культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества, выявление его достижений и недостатков. 4. Рассмотрение проблемных аспектов взаимодействия стран СНГ в культурно-гуманитарной сфере. 5. Определение перспективных направлений развития сотрудничества с учетом современных условий. В результате исследования были выявлены ключевые проблемы, сдерживающие развитие культурно-гуманитарного сотрудничества в СНГ, а также предложены перспективные пути его дальнейшего углубления, включая расширение программ образовательного обмена, развитие совместных научных и культурных проектов, совершенствование правовой базы и повышение эффективности институтов сотрудничества. |
