| Description: | The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of key indicators of technology imports and exports by regions of the Russian Federation, in the context of federal districts. Based on general statistical indicators of imports and exports, the paper provides an overview of the interrelationships within the framework of trade cooperation between Russian regions and other countries, as well as the economic growth of the technological component of the regional economy. Based on the analysis, a set of recommendations is suggested to ensure the steady development of the technological sovereignty of territorial structures. Proposals are formulated to improve the management of the regional economy in the context of ensuring the comprehensive development of territories.With the introduction of economic and financial sanctions by unfriendly countries, the economies of countries are being reoriented; new ways and channels for technological cooperation are being sought; and a key economic paradigm shift is taking place, taking into account multifactorial adaptation to emerging restrictions. Deepening mutual cooperation in regional technological entrepreneurship will contribute to the active development of the relevant territories of the country. В статье представлены результаты исследования динамики ключевых показателей импорта и экспорта технологий регионами Российской Федерации в разрезе федеральных округов. На основе общестатистических показателей импорта и экспорта представлены взаимосвязи в рамках торгового сотрудничества между регионами России и другими странами, а также экономическим ростом технологической составляющей региональной экономики. На основе проведенного анализа предложен комплекс рекомендаций по обеспечению поступательного развития технологического суверенитета территориальных структур. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию управления региональной экономикой в контексте обеспечения комплексного развития территорий.С введением недружественными странами экономических и финансовых санкций происходит переориентация экономик стран; осуществляется поиск новых путей и каналов осуществления технологического взаимодействия; происходит смена ключевой экономической парадигмы с учетом многофакторной адаптации к возникающим ограничениям. Углубление взаимного сотрудничества технологического регионального предпринимательства будет способствовать активному развитию соответствующих территорий страны.
