| Description: | Авторами выполнен обзор определений цифровой экономики и моделирования цифровой экономики, выявлены недостатки российской программы развития цифровой экономики. Сравнительный анализ общего объема производства в обрабатывающей промышленности за последние 20 лет для стран США, Великобритании, Российской Федерации и КНР показал, что максимальный эффект от цифровизации могут достигнут страны с развитым реальным сектором экономики. Авторами предложена схема цифровой трансформации моделей бизнес-процессов для предприятий промышленности, сельского хозяйства и финансовой сферы. Сделан вывод о том, что одним из основных направлений цифровизации в настоящее время становятся LEAN-технологии, отвечающие всем требованиям цифровой экономики. The authors reviewed the definitions of the digital economy and modeling the digital economy, identified the shortcomings of the Russian program for the development of the digital economy. A comparative analysis of the total volume of production in the manufacturing industry over the past 20 years for the countries of the USA, Great Britain, the Russian Federation and China showed that countries with a developed real sector of the economy can achieve the maximum effect from digitalization. The authors proposed a scheme for the digital transformation of business process models for enterprises in industry, agriculture and the financial sector. It is concluded that one of the main areas of digitalization is currently becoming LEAN technologies that meet all the requirements of the digital economy. |
