| Description: | В статье представлены результаты проверки гипотезы о том, что модель преодоления социальных проблем в ситуации пандемии Covid-19 в условиях России включает в себя активизацию гражданской активности россиян в условиях реализации национальных проектов и государственных программ. Основным методом исследования будем считать социально-экономическое моделирование и факторный анализ. Результаты моделирования могут быть использованы в процессах разработки и реализации социальной политики жизнеобеспечения населения нашей страны. Results of the out-of-control and its social elements prevention within covid-19 pandemic verifying are presented. And we said, that Russians civic activating as a condition of the effectiveness national projects and state programs. The basic of the research is the social and economic modeling and the factor analysis. Results can be use in the macroeconomic and social design and deployment of the people life support in our country. |
