В статье определена роль обрабатывающей промышленности РФ, как необходимого основания для перехода к новой технологической парадигме передового цифрового производства. Проведен сравнительный анализ развития обрабатывающей промышленности РФ, Китая и США. На основе прав интеллектуальной собственности проведен сравнительный анализ научного потенциала РФ, Китая и США. Изучены возможности промышленного развития в контексте цифровой трансформации в условиях «озеленения глобальной экономики» и ограничений COVID-19 в глобальной цепи создания стоимости. The article defines the role of the manufacturing industry of the Russian Federation as a necessary basis for the transition to the technological paradigm of advanced digital production. A comparative analysis of the development of the manufacturing industry in the Russian Federation, China and the United States is carried out. On the basis of intellectual property rights, a comparative analysis of the scientific potential of the Russian Federation, China and the United States is carried out. Explored the possibilities of industrial development interms of digital transformation in the context of "greening the global economy" and the limitations of COVID-19 inthe global value chain. |
