Περιγραφή:	Управление градостроительным развитием города - системная деятельность, не получившая достаточно глубокого осмысления в современной теории и практике градостроительства. Градостроительное регулирование тесно взаимосвязано с социально–экономическим регулированием развития города и является не самоцелью, а одним из средств достижения социально значимых целей развития города. Актуальность исследования обусловлена значимостью территориального планирования населенных пунктов как территории с концентрацией проживающих на ней людей. Management of urban development of the city is a systemic activity that has not received a sufficiently deep understanding in modern theory and practice of urban planning. Urban planning regulation is closely interconnected with the socio-economic regulation of the development of the city and is not an end in itself, but one of the means to achieve the socially significant goals of the city's development. The relevance of the study is due to the importance of territorial planning of settlements as a territory with a concentration of people living on it.
