В статье рассматриваются недобросовестные финансовые операции. Особое внимание уделяется выявлению особенностей финансовых операций мисселинга и лузселинга. Предлагается дефиниция лузселинга как «нового» вида недобросовестных финансовых операций. Осуществляется оценка социально-экономического влияния указанных недобросовестных финансовых операций на население РФ (с учётом регионального аспекта на примере Хабаровского края). The article deals with unscrupulous financial transactions. Particular attention is paid to identifying the features of the financial transactions of misselling and loseselling. The definition of loseselling as a «new» type of unscrupulous financial transactions is proposed. An assessment is made of the socio-economic impact of these unscrupulous financial transactions on the population of the Russian Federation (taking into account the regional aspect on the example of the Khabarovsk krai). |
