| Description: | The relevance of the research topic is conditioned, on the one hand, by the demand for self-management tools in modern society, and on the other hand, by the presence of certain difficulties of intellectual and institutional nature, which are inherent in the development of this sphere of practice. The aim of the article is to analyse the factors influencing the development of self-management in modern Russia. The study shows the multivariability of this development. As a result of the analysis, seven groups of factors that have a determinant impact on the future of self-management in our country have been identified. Taking into account the uncertainty, several scenarios of the future of self-management were described. The factors that can potentially contribute to the realisation of an optimistic scenario have been singled out. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена, с одной стороны, востребованностью инструментов самоменеджмента в современном обществе, а с другой стороны, наличием определенных трудностей интеллектуального и институционального характера, которые свойственны развитию этой сферы практики. Цель статьи — анализ факторов, влияющих на развитие самоменежмента в современной России. В исследовании показана многовариантность этого развития. В результате проведенного анализа были выявлены семь групп факторов, которые оказывают детерминирующее воздействие на будущее самоменеджмента в нашей стране. Учитывая неопределенность, были описаны несколько сценариев будущего самоменеджмента. Выделены факторы, которые потенциально могут способствовать реализации оптимистичного сценария.
