Разработка любого технологического решения неизменно затрагивает вопросы экономической проработки решения на основе оценки задействования необходимых финансовых и трудовых ресурсов, времени, мощностей и определения будущего чистого денежного потока. В статье представлен пример структуры и содержания финансово-экономической модели обоснования технологического решения, связанного с обеспечением безопасности промысловых трубопроводов на предприятиях нефтяной промышленности, особенностью которой является составление финансовых бюджетов, позволяющих качественно оценить эффективность принятия решения и финансовые риски проекта по разработке технологического решения. The development of any technological solution invariably affects the issues of economic development of the solution based on the assessment of the necessary financial and labor resources, time, capacities and determining the future net cash flow. The article presents an example of the structure and content of a financial and economic model for substantiating a technological solution related to ensuring the safety of oilfield pipelines at oil enterprises, a feature of which is the preparation of financial budgets that allow a qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of decision-making and the financial risks of a project to develop a technological solution. |
