| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to the analysis of the conditions for the implementation of the Russian project of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (GEP), the study of the reasons for its emergence and the nature of integration into the regional system of international relations. The article refutes the position of a number of foreign political scientists who claim that there is inevitable competition between Russian and Chinese integration projects. It also provides possible directions for the coordination of integration processes in Eurasia, with a special emphasis on analyzing the advantages of the Greater Eurasian Partnership over the Belt and Road initiative. Russia perceives the Eurasian space as a territory on which its strategic geopolitical interests extend. In order to protect their positions and strengthen their influence in the region, the idea of a Greater Eurasian Partnership was initiated, which allows ensuring political stability and creating favorable conditions for building new formats of economic cooperation while maintaining guarantees of the social security of its participants. Russia's initiation of the Greater Eurasian Partnership project makes it one of the leading participants in the Eurasian integration process, along with China, which is implementing its own integration agenda within the SREB project. From the outside, it may seem that the GEP project has a competitor in the Eurasian space in the person of the Chinese SREB, that tensions will inevitably arise between Russia and China, caused by a conflict of interests. However, a detailed study of the political actions of Moscow and Beijing allows us to conclude that in practice an absolutely opposite scenario is being realized. Taking into account the geopolitical risks to which unjustified competition in Eurasia leads, the political leaders of the two countries propose such formats of bilateral cooperation that allow them to focus not on rivalry, but on constructive cooperation and consideration of mutual interests, that is, on conjunction of their integration projects. The author comes to the conclusion that the effective implementation of integration processes in Eurasia directly depends on the successful building of relations of strategic interaction with the CIS, SCO, ASEAN and Middle East countries. Статья посвящена анализу условий реализации российского проекта Большого евразийского партнерства, изучению причин его появления и характера интеграции в региональную систему международных отношений. В статье опровергается позиция ряда зарубежных политологов, заявляющих о неизбежной конкуренции российского и китайского интеграционных проектов. В ней также приводятся возможные направления координации интеграционных процессов в Евразии, при этом особый акцент сделан на анализе преимуществ Большого евразийского партнерства перед инициативой «Пояса и пути». Россия воспринимает евразийское пространство как территорию, на которой простираются ее стратегические геополитические интересы. С целью защиты своих позиций и усиления своего влияния в регионе была инициирована идея Большого евразийского партнерства, которое позволяет обеспечивать политическую стабильность и создавать благоприятные условия для выстраивания новых форматов экономического сотрудничества при сохранении гарантий социальной безопасности его участников. Инициация Россией проекта Большого евразийского партнерства делает ее одним из ведущих участников евразийского интеграционного процесса, наравне с Китаем, который реализует собственную интеграционную повестку в рамках проекта ЭПШП. Автор приходит к выводу, что эффективная реализация интеграционных процессов в Евразии напрямую зависит от успешного выстраивания отношений стратегического взаимодействия со странами СНГ, ШОС, АСЕАН и Большого Востока. |
