| Description: | Увеличение количества стрессорных факторов, влияющих на повседневную жизнь женщин в Украине, имеет значительное влияние на характер менструальной функции, а следовательно, и на репродуктивное здоровье. В статье описаны механизмы центрального и периферического воздействия нарушений менструального цикла у женщин репродуктивного возраста. Проведены параллели между особенностями синтеза пролактина и пролактин-секретирующих клеток и возникновением нарушений менструального цикла. Подробно описаны особенности регуляции синтеза пролактина. Представлена современная классификация синдрома поликистозных яичников, и проведен анализ клинической манифестации различных фенотипов этого заболевания и особенностей оценки данных инструментальных и лабораторных исследований. Предложены методы коррекции нарушений функционирования гипоталамо-гипофизарно-яичниковой системы с использованием препарата Биоциклин, который содержит плоды витекса. An increase in the number of stress factors influencing the everyday life of women in Ukraine has a significant impact on the nature of menstrual function and, consequently, on their reproductivehealth. The article describes the mechanisms of central and peripheral influence of menstrual cycle disorders in women of reproductive age. Parallels between the peculiarities of prolactin synthesis and prolactin-secreting cells on the appearance of menstrual cycle disorders are drawn. The peculiarities of regulation of prolactin synthesis are described in detail. The classification ofpolycystic ovarian syndrome is described and the analysis of the clinical manifestation of different phenotypes of this disease and the peculiarities of the evaluation of instrumental and laboratory examination data are presented. Proposed methods for the correction of abnormal functioning of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system using a preparation that contains the fruits of Vitex agnus-castus – Biocycline. |
