| Description: | the contemporary stage of the development of the system of higher education in the Russian Federation is in the condition of reformation because of the number of internal and external challenges to government and society. The important role in the overcoming of these challenges plays the preparing of high qualified specialists, which have not only the knowledges, skills and competence, but also the system of value orientations, which could be formed by the educational work. The purpose of the article of the study of the governing approaches to the organization of educational work in universities and formation of argued suggestions for the improvement of its efficiency. The methodological base of the research is the formal and legal analysis of current legislation, in part of certain issues of teaching and educational work In universities, and also deductive method. As the result author extracted the legal gaps in regulation of educational work, which could be filled through the changing of the approach to the teaching work. Author has made the conclusion of the reasonability of the development of educational work not only out, but also within the framework of teaching process, what could improve the efficiency of the influence and to cover the maximum audience of students. система высшего образования в Российской Федерации на современном этапе находится в состоянии реформирования, обусловленного совокупностью внутренних и внешних вызовов государству и обществу. Важную роль в преодолении этих вызовов играет подготовка высококвалифицированных кадров, обладающих не только знаниями, навыками и умениями, но и системой ценностных ориентиров, которые может сформировать воспитательная работа. Целью статьи является рассмотрение управленческих подходов к организации воспитательной работы в вузах и формирование аргументированных предложений по повышению ее эффективности. Методологическую базу исследования составляет формально-правовой анализ действующего законодательства в части отдельных вопросов учебной и воспитательной работы в высших учебных заведениях, а также дедуктивный метод. В результате анализа были выявлены пробелы в нормативно-правовом регулировании воспитательной работы, устранить которые может изменение подхода к учебной работе. Автор приходит к выводу о целесообразности развития воспитательной работы как вне, так и в рамках учебного процесса, что позволит повысить эффективность воздействия и охватить максимальную аудиторию обучающихся. |
