| Description: | The article discusses the main aspects of China-Pakistan cooperation in the field of infrastructure construction and energy, implemented within the framework of the Belt and Road initiative. The article notes that the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Pakistan within the framework of the development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor will ensure the transformation of Pakistan into a key participant in transit trade, which will entail an increase in the country's GDP due to transit payments and the creation of new jobs. The transit of Chinese goods through the continental and maritime transport infrastructure of the KPEC will increase export volumes from the western provinces of China and ensure a reduction in transportation time and a reduction in logistics costs. The article also shows the role of Chinese energy companies in the construction of hydroelectric power plants and nuclear power plants, which play a primary role in solving the energy problems of Pakistan, which is experiencing a shortage of electricity. The authors conclude that the implementation of energy projects within the framework of CPEC makes a serious contribution to reducing Pakistan's energy deficit by providing a significant amount of additional energy to the country's energy system. The development of energy projects with the assistance of PRC makes it easier for Pakistan to achieve the ambitious goal of increasing the share of renewable energy in the country's energy mix. В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты китайско-пакистанского сотрудничества в области инфраструктурного строительства и энергетики, реализуемые в рамках Инициативы “Пояс и путь”. В статье отмечается, что реализация важнейших инфраструктурных проектов в Пакистане в рамках развития Китайско-пакистанского экономического коридора обеспечит превращение Пакистана в ключевого участника транзитной торговли, что повлечет за собой увеличение объема ВВП страны за счет транзитных платежей и создание новых рабочих мест. А транзит китайских товаров по континентальной и морской транспортная инфраструктуре КПЭК увеличит объемы экспорта из западных провинций Китая, обеспечит сокращение времени транспортировки и снижение стоимости логистики. Также в статье показана роль китайских энергетических компаний в деле строительства гидроэлектростанций и атомных станций, играющих первостепенную роль в решении энергетических проблем Пакистана, испытывающего нехватку электроэнергии. Авторы заключают, что реализация энергетических проектов в рамках КПЭК способствует существенному сокращению дефицита энергии в Пакистане, обеспечивая поступление в энергосистему страны значительных добавочных объемов энергии. Развитие энергетических проектов при содействии КНР облегчает Пакистану достижение его амбициозной цели по увеличению доли возобновляемых источников энергии в структуре энергопотребления страны. |
