| Περιγραφή: | В статье анализируется деятельность министерства юстиции Российской империи в 1864–1899 годах, направленная на повышение эффективности правового регулирования отношений в судебной сфере. Показано, как путем издания подзаконных актов были решены многие вопросы организации судебной деятельности. The article analyzes the activities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Empire in 1864–1899, aimed at increasing the efficiency of legal regulation of relations in the judicial sphere. It is shown how many issues of organizing judicial activity were resolved through the publication of by-laws. |
