Актуальность статьи заключается в том, что ассортиментная политика является одним из основных маркетинговых направлений любого коммерческого предприятия. Управление и моделирование ассортиментом является гарантией того, что предприятие будет развиваться дальше и не потеряет свои рыночные позиции. The complexity of managing an assortment policy has grown tremendously in recent years dueto the increased product turn-over. Successful assortment management is a guarantee that company will stay alive and will increase its profit. The article summarizes the main theoretical and practical methods of assortment management and provides some analysis of the existing economic models as well as new theoretical options fortheir simultaneous use. |
