Description:	In the article the different points of view on human rights of reproduction are analyzed. It justifies the need to protect reproductive health. The number of cases of the use of assisted reproductive technologies in Russia is increasing every year. . Legislation governing legal relations in this area needs detailed elaboration and development. A review of foreign legislation on the criminal law protection of human reproductive functions is presented. An attempt is made to determine the list of crimes against human rights of reproduction. Анализируются различные точки зрения на репродуктивные права человека. Обосновывается необходимость защиты репродуктивного здоровья. Использование вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий в России увеличивается. Законодательство, регулирующее правоотношения в данной сфере, нуждается в детальной проработке и развитии. Представлен обзор зарубежного законодательства по уголовно-правовой охране репродуктивных функций человека. Предпринята попытка определения перечня преступлений против репродуктивных прав человека. №1 (2019)
