Цель: изучить проблемы диагностики и лечения центрального и нефрогенного несахарного диабета. Материал и методы. Проведен анализ научных и обзорных статей, монографий с акцентом на актуальные проблемы, встречаемые в ходе диагностики и лечения различных форм несахарного диабета. Результаты. Выделены и описаны характерные особенности протекания несахарного и нефрогенного диабета, учитывая схожесть клинической картины, проведен анализ совершенно разных подходов в диагностике и лечении данных заболеваний. Приведены некоторые причины развития и диагностические критерии данной патологии. Кратко изложен механизм действия вазопрессина. Заключение. В связи с тяжестью течения заболевания, лечение несахарного диабета, в частности нефрогенного, остается сложной задачей пути решения которого до конца не изучены. Objective to study the problems of diagnosis and treatment of central and nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. Materials and methods The analysis of scientific and review articles, monographs with an emphasis on current problems encountered during the diagnosis and treatment of various forms of diabetes insipidus is carried out. Results: The characteristic features of the course of diabetes insipidus and nephrogenic diabetes have been identified and described, taking into account the similarity of the clinical picture, an analysis of completely different approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases has been carried out. Some causes of development and diagnostic criteria for this pathology are given. The mechanism of action of vasopressin is outlined. Conclusion. Due to the severity of the course of the disease, the treatment of diabetes insipidus, in particular, nephrogenic, remains a difficult task, the solutions to which are not fully understood. |
