Модернизация экономики в условиях инновационного развития, оказывающая непосредственное влияние на структурные изменения регионального рынка труда, значительно увеличила актуальность проблемы сбалансированности потребностей рынка труда в квалифицированной рабочей силе. Проведение мероприятий по инновационному развитию подразумевает внедрение техники и оборудования нового поколения, значительно повышающих производительность труда, снижающих трудоемкость продукции, но, вместе с тем, высвобождающих определенную долю трудовых ресурсов. Выявление тенденций и особенностей спроса на квалифицированную рабочую силу в транспортной отрасли на примере одного из самых обширных регионов Севера Республики Саха (Якутия), позволит провести анализ социально-экономических факторов, оказывающих наиболее сильное воздействие на динамику рынка труда в транспортной отрасли. Modernization of the economy in the context of innovative development, which has a direct impact on structural changes in the regional labor market, has significantly increased the relevance of the problem of balancing the needs of the labor market in skilled labor. The implementation of measures for innovative development implies the introduction of a new generation of machinery and equipment that significantly increase laborproductivity, reduce the labor intensity of products, but at the same time release a certain share of labor resources. Identification of trends and features of demand for skilled labor in the transport industry on the exampleof one of the most extensive regions of the North of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), will allow an analysis of socio-economic factors that have the strongest impact on the dynamics of the labor market in the transport industry. |
